I am an experienced HR professional with over 12 years in Human Resources and business operations with two UK master’s degrees, an MBA and an MSc in International Business alongside a specialised HR degree, I bring a strong academic foundation, and a diverse skill set across multiple industries to the business.

In my role, as an HR & Recruitment Advisor at the Dental Design Studio, I provide HR expertise to the group of 22 amazing dental practices across the UK. I work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure efficient HR operations and offer guidance to practice managers on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and people data management. Additionally, I contribute to strategic HR initiatives such as TUPE transfers and the implementation of HRIS systems, optimising business processes to drive organisational growth.
