I joined the team in September 2023, just as we were poised for a period of significant growth. With 20 years of experience in healthcare, I’m excited to contribute to a business that combines realistic growth ambitions with a deep passion for customer care and service.

My career began as an Industrial Engineer, with a focus on manufacturing excellence, which led me to apply a logical approach to people management. I was part of the Oasis Dental Care team that helped grow the business to nearly 200 dental practices, and later transitioned to support large corporate workforces with customized physical and mental health services.

In my current role, I work closely with our Senior Leadership, Regional, and Practice teams to drive the development of our locations and support our people in meeting the evolving needs of our patients, offering both NHS and private dental services.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends. I’m passionate about news and current affairs and feel fortunate to hold dual citizenship, with one foot in the UK and the other across the pond in the US.
