Lisa

Practice Manager

I’m Lisa, the Practice Manager at Dental Design Studio Sleaford. I’ve been working in the industry since January 2022 as a Lead Receptionist, then became Practice Coordinator in 2023 and then was promoted to Practice Manager. I am so proud to be a part of such a fantastic, hard-working team and I am passionate about consistently delivering the highest standard of care possible. Managing an 8 surgery practice keeps me very busy, however when I am not working I enjoy cooking, baking and spending time with my loved ones and my cockapoo Frankie.

Private Dentist

I’m Clement, a Private Dentist at this practice. I qualified in 1988 at the University of Western Cape. I worked in Cape Town as a dentist for 14 and a half years, before coming to the UK in 2002. I then continued my profession as a dentist and came to this practice in 2007. My favourite thing about being a dentist is getting to help as many people as I can, I have a huge passion for general dentistry and enjoy carrying out a range of treatments. When I am not in the surgery, I spend my time playing golf and learning new languages.

My name is Bradley. I qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 2011. After undertaking foundation training in Sheffield, I have practiced privately extensively across Lincolnshire for over 10 years. I am a born and bred ‘Yellowbelly’ from Lincoln South and take pride in providing good patient care to our local area. I am Aman Khurana, a dentist with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree, graduated in 2020 and registered with the Delhi Dental Council, India. As a member of the Indian Dental Association, I have over four years of experience working as a private dentist, demonstrating a commitment to dental excellence working extensively in both general and advanced dentistry.

In 2023, I obtained a GDC certification as a Dental Therapist Hygienist, further broadening my expertise in dental care to reach an international platform. My professional journey is marked by diverse roles in dental hospitals, private clinics, and public health camps, driven by a passion for promoting healthier smiles and improving patient education on oral hygiene and oral cancer awareness. My dedication to dental health is also reflected in my scholarly contributions, with ten research papers published in esteemed journals.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy blogging inspirational ideas and reading self-help books, activities that enrich my personal growth and professional insights. With an aim to improve teeth for healthy smiles as a dentist; I also live with a motto that you only live once and to cherish each moment, bringing smile to each one's face. :D

I am thrilled about the opportunity to serve as an NHS dental care professional in the UK, contributing to the enhancement of dental healthcare standards. I joined DDS in April 2024, eager to bring my skills and experience to the forefront of dental care in the UK.

I am Jerry Raju Mathew, an overseas dentist currently practising as a dental therapist in the UK. I pursued my Bachelor of Dental Surgery from KVG Dental college, Karnataka India. I have 8 years of clinical experience in the field of dentistry. I am passionate about my career and I am happy to be a part of The Dental Design Studio from November 2023.

I am a positive and outgoing person. I am relational and enjoy getting to know other people. I believe that my experience of the dental world and my dedication to the service will help in providing my patients the utmost care

I am hard-working, meticulous about detail, and perhaps something of a perfectionist. Looking forward to creating a smile in everyone which I believe is a superpower.

Dental Hygienist

I joined the RAF in 2003 as a Telecoms Operator before re-trading to Dental Hygienist in 2005. Qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2007 and worked at many different military bases such as Odiham, Sandhurst, Leeming, Topcliffe, Linton on Ouse and Catterick. I Left the RAF in 2010 and continued my career as a civilian Dental Hygienist. I have worked for Bupa in Sleaford since 2017 delivering Oral Health Care, maintaining healthy teeth and gums, and treating gum disease such as Gingivitis and Periodontal disease. I am always on hand to give advice on all aspects on Dental Health.

Lead Dental Nurse

My name is Kerry. I am the Lead Nurse and have been since April 2023. I started work at this practice in March 2018 as a receptionist, which I did for a year, before pursuing an opportunity to become a dental nurse which I qualified for in 2020. In 2022 I gained my Level 2 Award in Dental Impression Taking. I enjoy meeting different patients, as well as the ones which have been coming for years and we have built good rapports with. Every day is different in dentistry, with great teamwork and support from my team of nurses we aim to make the experience for our patients the best it can be!

My name is Alice, and I am a qualified dental nurse.

I qualified as a Dental Nurse in August this year and I have worked at the practice for 2 years now.

Hi, my name is Shannon. I started training to be a dental nurse in September 2022, and I am currently working hard to gain my qualification in early 2024. When I started, I didn’t realise how much I was going to enjoy it; the friends I’ve made, the people I’ve met and the experience that I have gained. I can’t wait to see what exciting journey this job role will take me onto, ready to face new challenges and experiences.
