I am a dental therapist at Dental Design Studio in Beccles, holding a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from India. My qualification as a dentist provides me with a broad and thorough understanding of dentistry, which I draw upon in my daily practice as a dental therapist. I practiced as a dentist in India from 2018 to 2022, gaining extensive experience in patient care and a wide range of dental procedures. Since January 2023, I have been practicing as a dental therapist in the UK while preparing for my General Dental Council (GDC) exams to become a licensed dentist.

In my current role, I focus on preventive and restorative care, including conducting thorough oral health assessments, providing tailored hygiene advice, and performing scaling and polishing treatments to maintain optimal gum health. Additionally, I carry out restorative procedures such as fillings for both adults and children, and I am trained in managing decay, including fissure sealants and fluoride applications to protect children’s teeth.

With a strong commitment to patient education, I believe that informed patients are empowered to make the best decisions for their oral health. I strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and confident in the care they receive. My approach involves collaborating closely with dentists and other team members to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
